Today was the first day of finals and once I finished, I had some time left so I was sketching on the scrap paper the administrator gave us…I drew these little scenes with a few bsd characters and it looked pretty good if I do say so myself… But then it was almost the end of the time we had for finals so the administrator took the scrap paper from everyone, AND I REALIZED I had drawn Chuuya and Dazai like…really blushy and closely together in the corner of the page and if any teacher graded it they would be like WTF??? So then the administrator came over and I was like “Oh yeah so I didn’t use this paper to do work on” (It was a math final btw) and she took it anyway!!! Now I’m kinda freaking out bc what are the people who grade it gonna think?? Are they gonna think I’m a freak like 😭✌️ The face they’re probably gonna make ⬆️ But anyway I think I did well on the final so 🤷

ITS FINALLY OVER. finals are FINALLY OVER OH MY GOD there was a whole week where i couldn’t do anything except study. but now its break and i can do whatever :3

I have all my finals this week so I kinda can’t skip school but I literally have no way of getting to school bc my arc card is empty, I have no money for the bus fair, and I can’t keep borrowing my brothers arc cards :’( I also can’t get my mom to drive me bc she works night shifts and I would feel bad waking her up at 7:30

not quite four days left of school! just finished 2 finals, yet my science teacher tried to talk about stuff with me and he legit asked if everything was ok at home coz i’m bad at school (not the last part but yk i am bad) and so i ran off before i could start crying coz I HATE TALKITN TO MY TEACHERS AND HE SAID HE WAS PROUF OF ME AND RECOGNISED I FONT FEEL COMFORTABLE AROUND OTHER STUDENTS IN MY CLASS yeah so i spent 20 minutes sobbing after that but its ok coz i only have ONE MORE FINAL THEN IM DONNNEEEEE AHHHHHH and @trixtheweirdo prepare ur legs ur gonna be running as fast as you can on friday hehe

Finals Week or my Final Week? -> hardest class of the quarter, studying and execution, and filming it all as authentically as possible (heh…) T H E Hardest Class As I wrap up my freshman year of college, there is something I have come to grips with: I still don’t like math. So, imagine my surprise when I am placed in an introductory microeconomics course. Part of me thought completing a complex formula outside of a high school classroom would magically change my outlook on the subject. Wrong. Very. Econ has been the class to give me troubles since the beginning of the quarter. Thanks to my mission to vlog my journey (go college vloggers!), there is actual proof of me acknowledging how difficult I felt the class would be from week one…and I was right. In began to roll the Fs and low Ds. If I can remember correctly, I didn’t receive a C on a quiz until the middle of the eleven-week-long quarter. Bounce Back: The Execution (plan) Luckily, my amazing microecon professor was able to inform me the exam would over the second half of the quarter opposed to its entirety how I thought it would (yes!). This perfectly aligns with when my grades started to pick up. To prepare, I have been reviewing lecture notes, videos, and even previous homework submission to really ensure I understand what’s going on to the best of my ability. Honestly, there are a few chapter that just…click for me. Others, do not. Writing out practice problems has helped tremendously though. Also, revisiting the warm-up questions the professor provides at the beginning of each lecture has been a game changer. Hey, my professor is excellent! I’m the problem. The Authentic Vlogger I am Authentic vloggers make scheduling mistakes too. That’s just authentic. While my schedule doesn’t quite allow me to film a lot of my microecon exam day, I am able to capture snippets of my morning. These clips can be made into an opening montage, which is something I am familiar with. This gives my vlog an immediate mood! True to the name of the week, I have another final assignment to complete. Not only will a cozy visit to the cafè make up for the opening, but it is also an actual task I checked off my list. This quarter has not been the easiest for me. I’ve been asking for a challenge since I first started my associates journey in October, and I’ve got it. What’s important for me to remember is that I asked for it I have a reason for walking this path. There is a reason I’m here, and have an itch to succeed. There is a reason I will succeed.
