One of my favorite luxuries. It makes me feel cozy after taking adventuring steps to the frigid outdoors. I love my barefoot walks and taking the time to listen to nature around me. Even just for a few brief moments of silence, the shuttering of the world just disappears and I am one with everything and nothing at the same time. Belonging and existing to create this moment of peace and stillness. That is finding my purpose. That is finding me in the woods. Along with other magical creatures, beings, and fluttingering thoughts and feelings. Being amongst the trees, I find my peace. Road to Hawaii 🌺 Woche 8 Tag 2 👣🚶🏻‍♂️😎 Dauerlauf 1h 20min - 1h 40min Barefootwalk an der Isar ☀️ Naja die Stunde Dauerlauf, die heute eigentlich dran gewesen wäre ging natürlich noch nicht. Stattdessen habe ich das schöne Wetter genutzt um meine Fußsohlen zu trainieren ☀️😎 …und zwischendurch bin ich auch immer mal wieder ein paar Meter gelaufen. Geht noch nicht wirklich gut aber ich denke ich bin auf dem richtigen Weg 😊 Mit dem richtigen Training warte ich auf jeden Fall noch, bis ich wieder vollkommen schmerzfrei laufen kann. Bringt ja nichts irgendetwas zu überstürzen! Und bis zum nächsten Rennen sind ja ohnehin noch einige Wochen Zeit 🏃🏻‍♂️😉 🏃🏻‍♂️ http://www.barefoot-munich.de
