She’s the “Dorothy coat” from angelic pretty, I bought her second hand on lace market ^.^ Angelic pretty has some similar coats if you keep your eyes out for them! + second hand coats (SOME OF THEM ARE SCARY EXPENSIVE THOUGH! She was under 150 USD luckily….)
