Oh what luck Luck Dragon? I did adopt it knowing that was it’s tag, but it’s been so long since I’ve seen never ending story movies I don’t remember much about luck dragons at all. I just saw a fluffer and NEEDED IT!!! Haha, for now I’ll plop this fella down in Cloverly Ponies universe to make friends and sip tea with horses. Testing the name Primrose for now? Luckdragons are among the strangest animals in Fantastica. They bear no resemblance to ordinary dragons, which look like loathsome snakes and live in deep caves, diffusing a noxious stench and guarding some real or imaginary treasure. Such spawn of chaos are usually wicked or ill-tempered, they have batlike wings with which they can rise clumsily and noisily into the air, and they spew fire and smoke. Luckdragons are creatures of air, warmth, and pure joy. Despite their great size, they are as light as a summer cloud, and consequently need no wings for flying. They swim in the air of heaven as fish swim in water. Seen from the earth, they look like slow lightning flashes. The most amazing thing about them is their song. Their voice sounds like the golden note of a large bell, and when they speak softly the bell seems to be ringing in the distance. Luckdragon A dragon species in Michael Ende’s novel The Neverending Story, the luckdragon is a wingless beast that flies by levitating. Falkor, the luckdragon in the novel, is unlike the traditional terrifying dragon. He is an optimist, believing in the power of good luck and perseverance. He tells young Atreyu that if he never gives up, good luck will find him. Even when Falkor is trapped in an enormous web stretched across Deep Chasm and struggling against a swarm of poisonous insects, he does not give up. Falkor credits Atreyu with helping him escape the web. He carries the boy on his back in search of the Southern Oracle.
