My Little Book of Big Peeves:

a few additions…. 1. Drying my feet after a shower and having my toes go into a cramp. 2. Getting wet in the shower and then, finding there’s only a sliver of soap. 3. Not having any change, not even 10c for the parking meter. 4. People who walk two abreast on the footpath but won’t give way, and I have to get off into the grass.

…I dropped the bomb. which I found very refreshing till the other was disappointed and was angry that I cancel it in the last minute. Well, what can I say? My heart won over my head. Even if I take the trip, I won’t feel excited but guilty. I’ll be a nuisance. If I can’t enjoy it, then there’s no reason to go through it. Why bother? It’s the oversensitive of me. And now I just can’t shake this sorry feeling for the dear friend whom I left alone to manage the trip. Wish you a have a good time and a wonderful trip. ps: hopefully you’ll get past your anger towards me, since I only did this for a reason that I couldn’t tell you, for now.

Laughs People are a natural liars. To hide their worst emotions, a display of a little smile in their lips was formed. Seeing that genuine smile can make what you trully feels obscure from the outside. Not a single trace of sufferings or burdensome of life will be found. They are the people who had a lot of courage to face the cruelty of this world. The people who never thought of letting themselves fall in despite of hardships..people who fights the society’s convention whatever the risks are. I’d like to be one of them.
