finally finished the Lugia counterpart to my earlier Ho-Oh fanart. Lugia will forever be a mostly-bird creature to me. Went for a silver-metallic effect on Lugia to match the name of both the original gen 2 game and the remake, like Ho-Oh has a fiery appearance with gold highlights. very very happy with both of them. Let me know if I should offer prints of one or the other or both!
