I went to a café today. That was nice! The sun was shining and not so many people there. I also stopped by two libraries today. One close to the café and then another after swimming in a not so far away city. All those things did me good. I have been so down ever since I got home from my holiday. And I sit at home moping thinking I can’t really go places. But it’s easier for me to go places now. The world has changed around me. I guess it’s inside me things are changing and then the world changes too. Movie night with a friend tomorrow and then a walk with another friend one of the weekend days. I need to make appointments. I need to see people.
