May 24th, 2026. It’s been a funny collection of pups at my dad’s since Brodie passed, and Max is maybe the cutest of the bunch.

im not a regular smoker but u put a box in front of me and im not in a place full of misogynists and i will be smoking that entire pack … ideally … i almost did once but my friends had to stop me

been feeling an urge to try and draw myself more accurately to how i look internally which is strange for me as our host but i do look a little different. my glasses my hair my clothes… trying to learn more about myself and our system and im realizing the self awareness we feel like we have is more based in performing people pleasing behaviors and not proper communication between us. we actually do often have a hard time communicating unless we are sitting and focused w few distractions or texting. sometimes its easier but its hard to have real conversations. + we’re polyfragmented so i feel like most advice i see doesn’t get to apply to me because my system isn’t small enough for a lot of tools meant to incorporate everyone in some way to work. its harder to understand our “roles” when people front less frequently. im sort of rambling im really high… but i want to draw myself. a lot of us like doing that but we need to try to really look at it as a tool more. it makes us feel individually seen and i think thats one of the most important things for us functioning healthily as a system.
