Today I discovered something happened to me that I’ve seen happen to big journalists and content creators. In no universe did I think this would happen to me, because I’m not famous and my content was blog posts for the corporate blog I ran from 2013-2016. They were (are?) still publishing posts under my name. The most recent one I found in my quick look was from 2025. The bio associated with my posts says that I used to be the editor (true) and now I’m a contributor (false, I have done nothing with them since my employment there ended in 2016). It uses the picture that was on my social media until a month or so ago, and it was one I started using no earlier than 2021, FIVE YEARS after I stopped working for them. The articles appear to be reposts of old content and AI slop. While it’s nothing egregious and hasn’t prevented me from obtaining employment, the fact they’re doing this means it would be easy for them to do so. I talked to a former attorney at my current job (this person isn’t my attorney, nor am I a lawyer)who suggested I take screenshots of everything and find my old separation agreement/NDA then consult an attorney who specializes in copyright/identity fraud. I have a friend who’s a lawyer that I’ll check in with to see about a few options. Essentially: if you’ve published any volume of content under your name as an employee or contractor for another entity, check to make sure they’re not still using your name or publishing under your byline.

I prefer it this way when i can write all my assignments thinking about “what if i never did this scenarios” in my head. But I hate it when my teachers keep calling my parents because I’m not focusing on my classes.

theres this child predator in radqueer tags who keeps getting banned but he still keeps making new accounts tumblr, being the most intelligent thing ever, keeps showing me radqueer posts. (i don know why, i have interacted with any of them) SO NOW, EVERYTIME THE GUY CREATES A NEW ACCOUNT, HE GETS ON MY FUCKASS FEED
