Ex-R posed that I (In-S) dance and speak to my system about what I want to write about. In-J watched me and she was really excited to see that I dance. She was scared though and so was I about like… losing touch with reality but I showed her that dancing puts ME in control of MY body. Us in control of ourselves. We focused on intentional movements, like our ancestors have been teaching me. Small movements that are easy to do, repetitive, and done each and every time with the intention of doing them exactly how I want them done. Building connection between body and mind in the present action. (MF) Being in our bedroom was scary. But it is real. S-L showed up because he wanted to dance with me, and we did intentional movements through the four directions (North is down (sowing) and South is up (pulling)) while also playing with air and swords lol and he was happy to dance with me again. Then, prompted by him and In-J, we danced with a scarf to see how it felt different. There’s more obscurity, which feels “passive” or (culturally) feminine. More room to play with emotions in subtly than when stripped naked. More social rules. Less wild, more sophisticated while remembering that it’s all an act, and we are playing a game. Coyness is a game of alluring potential. It made me think of light trails, visible Time showing the past of an object’s trajectory. Dancing through space time made visible in 3d space on the backs of bird wings. Objects are birds. Reminds me of Ex-C’s old work with Hermes (#2). To answer the question though, “What do I want to write about?” I think I’ll go through my (and Ex'C’s) old DRHA notes.
