Probably realizes it when he suddenly finds himself back in his own apartment in the middle of the work day. Somehow, he scooped up Tang from his seat and ended up marching all the way back home before he even noticed what he was doing.. He plops Tang down on his couch and has to stop himself from bundling him up in blankets like a nest and holy shit he just courtnapped Tang. He’s thought he was better than surrendering to his base instincts like this, and yet here he is having just abducted his best friend.. first he probably apologizes to Tang, letting him know he’s so SO sorry he really didn’t mean to do this, he feels just terrible! Tang just sits there looking at him with a goofy grin on his face, absolutely loving how worked up Pigsy is getting over this and having a lot of fun watching him freak out. He waits a few minutes, letting Pigsy stew in it, but then finally stands up, takes his Pigsy by the hand and pulls him down on the couch so they can sit close together.. Tang holding his hand and leaning up against him finally gets him to shut up too.

MK: “So… if you’re dating Xiulan now too, is Xiulan like, my stepmom now?” Xiulan: “Oh, no, I’m not trying to shove myself into your life–” Pigsy, at the same time: “–we’re not tryin’ to force anythin’–” Tang, at the same time: “–if you aren’t comfortable, it’s perfectly–” MK, latching onto Xiulan: “Mom~!”

Just had an idea of what should happen next with Freenoodles! What if Pigsy is so jealous that he marches up to Tang and carries him away from Wukong. Basically he courtnapped Tang without realizing it! XD

I love that idea 😂 if Tang has any idea about demon courting customs, which is not out of the question considering all he knows about folklore, then I think he’d just be like UGH. FINALLY . And be excited and giggly the whole time. And if he doesn’t, then he’d be a little flustered and confused about how aggressive and physical Pigsy was being. In either case, Sun Wukong definitely recognizes what is going on and is likely to find it incredibly amusing!

I just realized both Tang and Pigsy are two different flavors of the idgaf trope. Pigsy being the pure rage one who hides his care behind anger, and Tang being the chillax one who doesn’t want everyone knowing just how far he would go to save their asses. They are perfect for each other.

This is a Freenoodles ask. What if the mayor returns and put a love potion on Tang?

I’m not sure what the mayor would have to do with Tang getting dosed with a love potion. This feels like only half an idea being shared.. is he already in a relationship with Pigsy and getting a love potion that makes him love someone else? Or is it to make him love Pigsy? In any case, I do always enjoy a love potion scenario. Tang getting dosed with a love potion could be a fun change of pace, too. I usually inflict that on Red Son or Macaque but Tang also has lots of interesting relationships that could be messed with by magic.
