ULTIMATE DECADES CHALLENGE (1303-1305) 1303 In the year 1303, the Calloway household welcomed their third child : a baby girl named Constance . She was born strong and healthy, she showed signs of a strong personality loud, expressive, and full of life. Bertram, still very young himself, was delighted to have a little sister. He followed her closely, curious and protective in his own way, already taking pride in his new role as an older brother. This year was quieter, with fewer notable events. Wilfried and Aida focused most of their time on the farm, working hard to provide for their growing family while adjusting to life with two young children. 1304 In 1304, the Calloway family grew once again with the birth of another daughter, Denise . Like her sister, she was born in excellent health, strong, lively, and full of promise. Her arrival brought even more life into the household, which was now filled with the noise and energy of young children. With three children under their roof, Wilfried and Aida quickly began to feel the limits of their home. What once seemed enough for two had become far too small for a growing family. That year, alongside their usual work on the farm, they took on the task of expanding the house. It was not an easy project, it required time, effort, and what little resources they could spare but it was necessary. Slowly, piece by piece, their home began to grow, just like their family. Despite the constant work and responsibility, there was a sense of stability in their lives. They had built something real, a home filled with resilience, warmth, and the beginnings of a lasting legacy. With three children growing under the same roof, the family settled into a new rhythm of daily life. Each child slowly began to show their own personality. Bertram was calm and curious, often observing the world around him with quiet attention. As the eldest, he took his role seriously, doing his best to be responsible and to look after his sisters. Much of the family’s attention naturally turned toward him, as he was seen as the future heir. Constance, on the other hand, was full of energy and had a strong will of her own. She spoke her mind, moved constantly, and refused to be overlooked, yet, in many ways, she felt exactly that. Caught between Bertram, who carried expectations, and Denise, who received care as the youngest, Constance often felt pushed aside. Little Denise, still a baby, was the center of gentle attention, cared for closely by both parents. Despite these differences, a strong bond was already forming between Bertram and Constance. She followed him everywhere, and he, in his calm way, always made space for her, creating a quiet but meaningful connection between the two. 1305 the family celebrated Denise’s first birthday, marking another small but meaningful milestone. With three toddlers to care for, daily life was far from easy. The days were long, filled with constant attention, noise, and endless tasks. Aida and Wilfried had little time to rest, as the children each demanded something different at every moment. And yet, despite the exhaustion, something beautiful was taking shape. The three children formed a perfect little trio. Bertram, calm and watchful, often took the lead in their small games. Constance followed with her usual energy and strong personality, never far behind him, while Denise, still the youngest, tried to keep up in her own way.
First Gen
I fucking hate being a first gen student. I have literally met no one else in any of my classes who is a first generational student. It sucks because none of them know what it’s like. I don’t live an academic life, I’m not an intellectual and they are always shocked to find that I have nothing in common with them, I have no will power to be like them. I never had a proper schedule as a kid, no journal, no academic interests, I didn’t have any musical instruments and I wasn’t reading as much as I should. I’m from an uneducated background, like a family of high school drop outs, and so I’m constantly under pressure to compete with these nerds while being incredibly lonely around my Neanderthal family
Apple’s first-gen AirTags are still worth buying now that they’re $16 apiece With Apple’s second-gen AirTags now widely available, we’re already seeing inventory of the first-gen model begin to dwindle. Case in point? Amazon is no longer selling a single AirTag, and it’s unclear when — or if — the retailer will restock the first-gen model. Thankfully, you can still grab a four-pack of the first-gen location trackers for around $64 ($35 off) at Amazon, Walmart, and Best… Apple’s first-gen AirTags are still worth buying now that they’re $16 apiece
What is the lore behind Bunny? Was she still The Puffs’ creation, but die and reborn by HIM?
Yes 100% and she HIM is basically her mom/dad in a way. Hence also why she looks soo diffrent. She naturally has red tinted skin and ears but usually just opts for a human skin tone. Mostly because HIM obviously was a horrible person and she had some self image issues with looking like HIM. She has really made enough progress not to hate her eyes and general looks nut still isnt comfortable enough to see herself looking like that.
This never finished art got me thinking about Destiny’s parents and why their marriage was destined for failure…. To start off on some obviousness……at least narratively not that I made this obvious yet. But….Blossom hella gay like she’s a big ass lesbian who has suffered from heteronormativity unlike Bubbles this woman just thinks shes bi and had never found the right man who truly met her needs. And when she started dating AJ it was mostly because he seemed like a safe choice and he was a “nice” guy who had similar interests in her He was factually good looking to her because yeah I draw adult AJ to be handsome the man isnt remarkable as a partner he’s just way better than her exes who litteraly abused her . As for AJ Blossom was his dream girl she’s beautiful, highly intelligent so he never felt like he had to dumb down conversations and her connections she was his equal. Which in some ways was great but honestly while some may think AJ would mature enough to handle that I dont think he would given who he’s interacted with in canon. He went to college with egotistical nerds like Dexter and mandark and shit as a kid he was kinda a asshole. Yeah he was a kid but my special interest is psychology and how kids develop As a cartoon character he’s fun to watch but most of us would hate AJ as a classmate because his ego and no at all additude Now ….imagine being married to that??? Now here is what AJ has to deal with A wife who is prideful as hell ….so much pride and care for her own image she barely likes asking for help because she feels the need to do it all? She makes you feel helpless because what can you even do for her? She feels like she has to fix everything But also her pride leads your kids with her to have perfectionist tendencies that are only leading them down a path of self destruction similar to her. Because she has to preen at them at all times and point out imperfections. AJ dose something similar dont get me wrong but he’s kinda chill about that he just want his kids ( the other two not really Des) to have pride in themselves. Self confidence and all that jazz. Their HIS kids and his kids ate great and should always know that. This guy wakes up knowing he’s the shit and he needs his kids to know that and reflect that on to the world. In how the present themselves in how HE would like them to keep that in mind he has his own thoughts in how that should look…. In general they were in compatible because one isnt e en attracted to the other and the other is extremely attracted to the other. (There is some darker and conditional aspect to AJ’s attraction but that will probably be touched on if anyone even cares) But overall in the long term it’s toxic ego vs toxic pride between two smart individuals who never hate to admit they are wrong ( art above is to help give the vibes of who these chracters are and to draw attention to this post) ( also unfinished doodles from the Lunaverse discord)

To the Beach We Go! Akad Icha tuh 05.30 bangettt, wow habis subuh der dong! 2. Acaranya di Situbondo, bukan Probolinggo (rumah Icha) Artinyaaa, kalau mau hadir sejak akad, kita harus berangkat pukul berapa saudar-saudaraaa?! Yak, sebelum subuh~ Which is agak halu yaaa mengingat Kak Jah mau ngajak babynya. Jangankan baby sih, aku sendiri aja kayaknya belum siap jam segitu hahahhh. Berasa princess banget gak sih kalian kalo naik becak, tuh? :3 Mendarat di Al Uswah agak bengong dikit karena gak begitu familiar sama kompleks perumahannya, mana rumah Dijah beda catnya, kan. Jujur sebenernya agak gambling pas mau salam depan gerbangnya hahah, tapi dipikir-pikir kalopun salah rumah ya gapapa juga karena tetangganya juga temen-temenku semua (eh, iya, kan?). Syukurlah bener daaan, langsung disodorin sarapan dong sama abinya kak Jah! Lah, bukannya bayi kamu tuh, sya?!!! Baliknya tentuuu naik odong-odong lagi, dan kali ini kita berempat yang cewek-cewek kebagian duduk paling belakang, hadep belakang, berlawanan arah sama laju kendaraan. Awkward banget gak tuuh diliatin seisi pengunjung Utama Raya?!! Main sama mereka tuh berasa masuk lorong waktu, tau. Seketika mental age-nya kayak balik lagi jadi bocah 13 tahun! Safe space juga emang, paling nyaman jadi diri sendiri ya kalo bareng FirstGen :“) Karena mereka udah tamat liat episode hidup paling asdfghjkl dari seorang Izza wqwq Huhu semoga berteman sampai surga yah, kita <333
Paving the Way a Million Miles at a Time By: Isabel De Los Santos “Ingredient no. 1: find your goal. Ingredient no.2: know how far you are. Ingredient no. 3: draw a road map. Ingredient no. 4: if you don’t know how, learn. Ingredient no. 5: when you think you’ve made it, you probably have to work harder” - Salvador Hernandez, A Million Miles Away (2023) In the film, A Million Miles Away (2023), director Alejandra Marquez Abella, from San Luis Potosi, Mexico, tells the story of Jose M Hernandez and how his goal of becoming an astronaut became his reality through hard work and tremendous sacrifices. In telling the story, she uses techniques that are not commonly seen in films such as the warping of some scenes to express defeat, but not surrender, and the use of different camera quality for memorable scenes and the passing of time, such as the scene where Jose and Adela, his partner, are married and later start their family—one of my favorite scenes! The film explores themes of resilience, determination, community, and Mexican/Mexican-American culture. Jose, like many Mexican-Americans including myself, was born to immigrant parents who came to the United States in hopes of achieving the “American Dream”, or at least having a taste of it by earning higher wages compared to in Mexico. The film A Million Miles Away begins with the farewell of Salvador and Julia, Jose’s parents, and their children as they leave Mexico to work on Californian farms in hopes of saving enough money to build a house in their hometown in Michoacan, Mexico. Once in the US, Jose has to help his parents work the farms early in the morning then head to school, where he excels in math. A very important character in Jose’s story is his elementary teacher, Ms. Young, who believes in him and in his goal. Because of her, Salvador was convinced to stay in one place instead picking up his family and moving every few months with the harvest, “How can a tree grow fruit when it is being uprooted and replanted every three months?” she asked. The film fast forwards to Jose finding love, graduating college, and finally resumes when he has his first job as a lab engineer for a federal research facility. Here, he is a minority, and seen as unqualified at the beginning. For example, the secretary assumes Jose to be the new janitor despite him wearing dress clothes like all the other engineers at the facility. Although he is discouraged, he does not give up; in fact he works harder to get what he wants to achieve. Marquez Abella, expresses storytelling through film in a way that honored Jose’s story. She uses iconic Norteña music, and other iconic Mexican/Mexican-American songs that fit the corresponding scene perfectly. There is also a specific scene near the end where Jose is close to accomplishing his goal and has flashbacks to conversations with his loved ones where they are encouraging and motivating him, but this time said characters break the fourth wall and are speaking to the audience. This was clever and moving, it inspires the audience and builds a closer connection with the characters. The use of “chapters” throughout the film which follow Salvador’s receta, or recipe, keep the viewer engaged and wanting to take notes–at least it did when I watched it the first, second, and third time. Overall, the movie evokes emotion and awe, furthermore it evoked a personal connection because I share similar experiences with sacrifices, food, music, being Mexican-American, and having closely related goals. “Who better to leave this planet and dive into the unknown than a migrant farmworker?” - Beto, A Million Miles Away (2023) Sources: ‘A Million Miles Away’ Review: From the Fields to Outer Space Film Soundtrack: https://music.amazon.com/playlists/B0CJ4NY4X9
