Ich habe das Gefühl, innerlich komplett die Kontrolle über mich selbst zu verlieren. Mein Kopf ist laut geworden, so laut, dass ich manchmal nicht mehr weiß, wohin mit mir. Gedanken drehen sich im Kreis, Gefühle schlagen gegeneinander wie Wellen, die einfach nicht aufhören. Und egal wie sehr ich versuche, mich zusammenzureißen, es funktioniert nicht. Ich denke an ihn, sobald ich kurz alleine bin. Eigentlich sogar dann, wenn ich nicht alleine bin. Und das macht mich fertig, weil ich mich dabei erwische, wie mein Herz nach jemandem schreit, den ich niemals hätte so nah an mich ranlassen dürfen. Es fühlt sich an, als hätte sich etwas in mir an ihn geklammert und würde jetzt panisch versuchen, festzuhalten, obwohl längst klar ist, dass ich das nicht sollte. Ich vermisse ihn so sehr, dass es körperlich weh tut. Nicht dieses normale Vermissen, sondern dieses krankhafte Ziehen in der Brust, dieses Gefühl von innerer Unruhe, das einen selbst nachts nicht schlafen lässt. Und ich schäme mich dafür. Ich schäme mich dafür, dass ich meinen Freund anschaue und trotzdem an jemand anderen denken muss. Das ich geküsst werde und mein Kopf für einen Moment woanders ist. Das ich versuche, normal zu wirken, während innerlich alles durcheinander schreit. Manchmal sitze ich einfach da und merke, wie sehr ich mir wünsche, dass er schreibt, dass er da ist, dass ich noch einmal dieses Gefühl bekomme, das er in mir ausgelöst hat. Und gleichzeitig hasse ich mich dafür, weil ich genau weiß, wie falsch das alles ist. Aber egal wie sehr ich mich dafür verurteile, die Gefühle verschwinden nicht. Im Gegenteil, sie werden stärker, je mehr ich versuche, sie zu unterdrücken. Und ich glaube, genau das zerstört mich gerade. Dieses ständige Vermissen von jemandem, den ich nie wirklich hatte. Dieses Gefühl, emotional abhängig von Erinnerungen, Blicken und unausgesprochenen Dingen geworden zu sein. Als hätte mein Herz aus ein paar Momenten plötzlich etwas gemacht, das sich jetzt wie ein echter Verlust anfühlt. Ich bin einfach nur noch verwirrt von mir selbst. Weil ich gleichzeitig bleiben und weglaufen will. Weil ich lieben und verschwinden will. Weil ich mich nach ihm sehne und mich dafür gleichzeitig selbst verachte. Und manchmal habe ich das Gefühl, dass niemand versteht, wie schmerzhaft das wirklich ist. Weil von außen wahrscheinlich alles harmlos aussieht, weil ich eine perfekte Rolle spiele. Aber innerlich fühlt es sich an, als würde ich jeden Tag gegen mich selbst kämpfen und langsam verlieren. Ich vs. ich. Als würde etwas in mir permanent nach jemandem greifen, den ich nicht erreichen kann/darf. Und das Zerreißendste daran ist, ich glaube, ein Teil von mir hofft trotzdem jeden einzelnen Tag, dass er zurückkommt und in mir dieses Gefühl nochmal gibt, obwohl genau das wahrscheinlich mein Untergang wäre. We are forced to believe that life is perfect the way it is, and that is a state of disillusionment. We assume that contentment can be created. Help enough grandmothers cross the road, round up enough one-dollar-bills in the drivethrough, love enough people, and life will be fair to you. But that is not the case. Trying to achieve a state of contentment is a futile task. Life goes on every minute, and it will throw obstacles on your path. Time does not stand still, and it does not wait for you to realise, that to be content, you have to acculturate yourself. And that is a rather frightening thing.
