Covenant of Secunda: Year 1006-1010 (Part 2) From the beginning / Currently Princess Gelarene’s 6th natal day was the court event most were excited about after the queens. The children of the court were all growing up and many would want to be on the crown princess good side. The noble daughters would need her friendship to be a part of her council, and the sons needed to earn her attention to be picked as consorts in the future. Princess Gelarene Aetheris: Grumpy, Disciplined, Snob . Gelarene was known as child who is hard to please, and it did not change on bit at 6 years old. Everything had to be in organized, pristine and in her way. And her standers were very high for such a young girl. Yet even when she had her way, she rarely even showed she was happy. Contentment was not a word this princess ever heard of. With Gelarene out of the nursery , Serkete wanted to try for her 5th child. She was unsure if this would be her final one , as she spoke Casis about it, which made the headmistress of house of consort picking Iahaton as the father. Secretly this hurt Asare - as Iahaton already had a daughter, while he had yet to provide Serkete with one, but he kept it to himself. Iahaton was delighted by this, as he adored Serkete and wanted to give her more children. He would often dream of a alternative life, were the Queens had just 1 husband like noble ladies did, and he would be hers. Yet that was not the reality he lived in, but he would prove he was better then Asare and Monthoth. Lady Hadis Lirralyn finally graced her family with her presence. Today was her 30th natal day and she dreaded to outcome more then anything, as she obsessively looked at her face , trying imaging it having wrinkles. 30 was not old , but to Hadis it felt like was was turning into a elder. Derenet tried to reassure her mother that she will still be beautiful, yet Hadis only hushed her and told her to leave her be until cake time and to be quiet, or else she would not get cake at all. Derenet only nodded. Yet her daughter was right , she was still beautiful, her features more mature and regal looking. It pleased her greatly, so when Reharu asked to join her bed that night , she could not refuse. It might be he wished to give her another child , yet Reheru did not know Hadis had made it quite impossible. She would not ruin her body again. Lady Nebete and Amonet tried for their final pregnancy. Renete ’s un-swaddle day came, yet with the Queens pregnancy causing her great discomfort, decided to have it privately. After which she brought all her children to nursery, to spend some quiet time together as a family. Princess Renete : Good, Friendly. The third born princess of Secunda was unlike her elder siblings- she was friendly and very sociable, who loved being held by her mother and play with her siblings. Sharing was not an issue either, as she would give her toys to her siblings to ask if they wanted to play with her. Acamon often doted on her, while Gelarene and Merria were less inclined to play with their baby sister. Merria especially. Mother-Seer Lefaris gave birth to her final child- a baby boy named Thelos Tyrill . Isett visited her coven estate in 1010. Her 3 children were excited to spend some quality time together with their mother- since after the fire Isett decided to not move her family back to palace isle, the fire still flickering behind her eyes even after the renovations were complete. It was irrational, foolish, but she felt better having her family away from that place. She hopes that when Janice takes her place at the council, she would not fear it. She and Munrys sat together, watching the kids playing, whispering conversations not meant for small ears. They had been married for 3 years now, yet they barely knew each other. Talking was…Nice, if a bit boring. Munrys asked if they were ready to conceive a child of their own. He loved her children, especially Qenthoth whom called him baba, but he felt he was not a proper consort to Isett by not giving her a single child. Siring children was the duty of a husband, and in Munrys honest opinion, he did not want to be like Lord Lirralyn, abandoned after fathering 1 single heir. Isett agreed, as it takes 1 year and 6 months from fertilization to birth , meaning by the time waited, Janice would be almost 8 years old. It was a big gape to form a sisterly bond , but it could be bigger if they did not have a girl right away. To the surprise of all, lady Pollix discovered she is once again pregnant after 9 years. Could this change the faith of house Santena? Nebete had given birth to a son- Utos. She did not know if she wanted more children or not, as she was closer to be 40 now. She had 2 girls , Betres and Pheia, and now 2 boys, Khedon and Utos. Perhaps that was enough. She have great hopes for her children,but now they will just be that- children, growing and learning. By the end of her first decade as Queen, Serkete once mor gave birth. But not to 1 child, but 2 . Prince Vsiris & Prince Veseth Aetheris were small but healthy. The royal children were in awe of their new baby brothers. Pure fulfilment washed over Serkete- she had now 3 daugthers and 3 sons at 32. Soon Merria would turn 6, Acamon 10 and leaving the palace for the house of wisdom, staying there until he turned 16. Her children were growing up, and she wanted to spend more time together. So she wrote a letter to Casis, declaring her done with childbearing, and to inform her children’s fathers. Montoth and Iahaton would follow Gelarene and Merria into their respected households once they became off age. Asare, who only had 1 son, would stay in the house of consorts, until death either claims one of them. Serkete wished she could renounce him so he could marry, but alas consort-ships could only be undone before death if the family of the consort were accused of treason or if he had proven to be unfaithful. But Asare was an orphan and always loyal, she could not do that to him. Back at the Medeis palace estate, Amonet gave birth to another set of healthy twins- A girl named Werene and a boy named Wesariu . She had now 6 children, same as the queen, and felt now her family was complete.
Playing through the short lifespan brought me a frightening excitement; it’s funny how I think, “She’s going to live in several houses in such a short time just to show how she managed to change her life,” while in other long playthroughs I live in the same house for more than one complete life stage or for an entire generation that’s so long…
Rags to Riches just enriches all aspects of my Para’s life! My para, Mona (left), started with 0 paradimes and no home lot. We couch surfed, showered at the gym and collected every collectible to get by! As Mona almost ages up into an adult, she’s built a cozy cottage on the outskirts of town. She met her girlfriend, Violet (right), at the museum whilst donating to the town collection. They’ve just moved in together, ready to take the next steps with their relationship! Mona is a serious, good at being alone para who loves technology! Violet is gloomy and good at romantic relationships. Her special talent is food! I’ll share more of their lives as their family grows!
What a great day it is to be single and ready to mingle, or whatever they say. All she knows is she needs a new d*ck and fast. One that hopefully isn’t broke and wasting her time. 🙄 ✧ Credits to @alaniesims for Canva templates
I’ve lost count of how many weeks I’ve spent in the painful search for the perfect dilapidated apartment for the second generation of my legacy. My Açucena daughters deserve a new home, urgently needing creative people, and all I find are very beautiful apartments, and I’m not in the mood to “destroy” them just to make them acceptable…
