Sometimes I have to stop myself and recognize that I am a small town trans butch cowboy, who rescued a gelding labled uncontrollable and wild at 13, trained him and built an incredible bond, and now is retired because of chronic illness, trains horses at request, gives riding lessons, and fools around with his gelding when health allows.
