Okay so I was on vacation last week and wrote nothing I intended to 😭 Buttttt I’m really close to finishing an At The Center (SmokeStack Twins x Black OC) one-shot… of course I’m 20k in and am like “this feels stupid” but I’m trying to not psych myself out of posting just cause I’m self conscious lol It’s basically Stack & Smoke meeting Evie’s family with lots of angst/fluff, complex family dynamics etc and some smut cause of course. So it jumps ahead and doesn’t spoil anything but def references some stuff that are in other pieces of the story I’m currently writing but aren’t as far along? So anyway… all that to say, that’ll be the next thing if I don’t talk myself out of it 😭

Yall i immediately rewatched Sinners Omg the details that I noticed the second timeee… Smoke never wraps a cig bc of his hand tremors so Stack always does it for him , the end scene he tries again and again and keeps dropping them. The fuckass KKK guy tells him to go to hell when asked for a cig (then immediately changes his tune LOLLL) and he lights one last one after the worst day ever. Smoke then IMMEDIATELY puts it out to not ‘get any of that SMOKE ’ on the baby. (Annie calls him Elijah only here, and stressed Smoke so much i felt it meant he left his violence and dependency for a clean start with his ladies) Ofc i cheered again when the clip dump happened C: and the end credits where Sammie is respected and uses his 'real’ to bring a piece of smoke back for stack to see again….
