You know sometimes when spirit tek you, I kind went on today, luckily while doing this I’ve played way all the the mucus from my lungs I feel so much better…… Kind of glad everything fell through today for me to do this walk…… This has been a long time in the making and I’m so happy to have got to do some the capital ring walk too, so much natural beauty yes it was cold but not for me because I was baking….
