This is a really nice syrup to add to drinks. I Love it in lemonade, and it turns it pink! Ingredients and supplies: ½ cup of blackberries fresh or frozen ½ cup of dried rose petals 1 cup of sugar ¼ cup of water Juice of half a lemon Saucepan Strainer/sieve Instructions: Put the water, rose petals, and blackberries into the saucepan at med-high heat. Simmer until the colour has changed to a deep red/purple. 2- Add the juice of half a lemon and stir 3- Strain out all of the rose petals and blackberries 4- Put back on the stove at med-high heat and add the sugar 5- Stir sugar into the liquid until it thickens slightly and bubbles, then remove and store Here is a video if you would like visuals for it: https://youtube.com/shorts/g3uKO8REGhA?is=LPeFh_ccu1Bi1nEV
